Get in touch
Email support@coachkento.com with what happened and your app and iOS versions. Never send passwords or sign-in codes. If you include a screenshot, hide any health or personal information you do not want to share.

Get back to your account
Use a sign-in method already connected to your Kento account. A different method may open a different account. If you used Sign in with Apple, use the same Apple Account, including if you chose Hide My Email.
For email sign-in, check your spam folder and use the latest code. Once signed in, open Settings, then Sign-in methods to manage your connected methods. If you cannot get in, email support.
Manage or cancel your subscription
On your iPhone, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions and select Kento. You can also open your Apple subscriptions. In Kento, your subscription is under Settings, then Subscription.
To avoid a charge after a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Apple shows your renewal date and cancellation options. Deleting Kento or deleting your Kento account does not cancel your Apple subscription.
Already subscribed?
Sign in to your existing Kento account and make sure the App Store uses the Apple Account that made the purchase. Open Settings, then Subscription, and choose Restore on the subscription screen.
If your subscription still does not appear, check that it is active in Apple subscriptions and contact support before buying again.
Export your data or delete your account
In Kento, open Settings and choose Export my data to save a copy. To remove your account, choose Delete account and verify a connected sign-in method when prompted.
Account deletion cannot be undone. Cancel your Apple subscription separately if you do not want it to renew. See the privacy policy for how deletion affects backups and provider records.
Your privacy choices
You can stop new Apple Health sharing in the Apple Health app. This does not erase information already shared with Kento. For privacy questions or to withdraw permission for AI processing, email support@coachkento.com. AI coaching requires this permission.
